Expert Advice on Tips & Tricks

We have provided a few extra tips and tricks that will make your life a little easier when hiring and working with a conultant. These tips and tricks are so essential to making certain that all your wedding planning bases are covered.

Guest Count:

Find out approximately how many guests will be invited to this event! This will help with deciding how large or small of a venue you will need, as well as catering, seating, and budgeting.

Dates to Avoid:

Know ahead of time if your event happens to fall on a blackout date like a trade conference, 5k race, or holiday. This will effect the flow of traffic and parking for your event.

Lighten Your Guest List:

We all know it is important to have close friends and family attend your event. But make sure that you are budgeting half of your money towards your wedding and a quarter towards your guests. It is important for the client to be happy rather than the guests.

The Open House:

Remember, if you have a large guest list of friends that you wish could attend your event but it's just too unimaginable, there is always the open house. An open house is a smaller event provided to those who were either invited, not invited, or weren't able to come to the event. This opportunity is available to visit, eat lightly, and exchange hugs and laughter.
