Full Planning Package:

This package is for the client who would like someone to assistant them throughout the whole event planning process. This package is the "Make it happen". The package includes but is not limited to: design concept, decor, assembling a team of preferred venders, and unlimited communication and advice between the client and team, as well as complete management of the entire day.

 

Full planning continues support throughout the planning process. Venue selection is the guidance in finding the perfection location.

 

Partial Planning Package:

The partial planning package is for the client who wants to plan a little but needs assistance with the design and decor, and picking out the preferred vendors. Client and team work with conceptualizing the event, unlimited professional advice during planning, and management of the entire day. This package is only available 4 to 6 months before the event.

 

Partial planning is the assistance with vendor recommendations, design, and overall aesthetics for the event. Vendor recommendations are customized list based on personality, style, and budget.

 

Limited Planning Package:

Limited planning package is available to those have have already planned the event but simply need management. This package begins two to three months before the actual event. We confirm every little detail with client, all bookings that have been made, and produce a minute by minute timeline of the event before it is taken place. There will be complete management of the entire day at this event.

 

Hourly consultation includes meetings designed to reflect the client’s needs process.
